Basic Health & Wellness Screening Panel

Here is our basic health and wellness screen. This is a great panel for a basic health and wellness physical, a pre-employment physical or for your own personal information and record keeping. This screen includes a CBC, CMP, Lipids (cholesterol), TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), as well as C-reactive protein (CRP -Cardio) to look for inflammation and a urinalysis to check kidney function. As in all of our health screens, we include a Vitamin D. For more information please review Individual Labs.

Blood Test Preparation For Optimal Results: MY LABS FOR LIFE recommends fasting (nothing taken by mouth except water) for a minimum of 8 hours prior to the lab draw. If possible, it is best to have these labs drawn early in the morning (or shortly after waking) and to have subsequent labs drawn for comparison purposes drawn at the same time.

Urine Test Preparation For Optimal Results:

A clean catch is  recommended when completing a urine collection. Before producing the urine sample, drink plenty of fluids prior to the test. When giving the sample, allow 1-2 seconds of urine to flow before catching it in the sample container given to you at the lab.
